Our MISSION

Blue Chip Sports’ mission is to foster a passion for baseball, softball, and youth sports by providing outstanding experiences that emphasize community and sportsmanship. We strive to create an environment where players can compete, grow, and enjoy the game, all while building exciting memories and connections. 

Many years ago, before travel teams, summer sports programs, and summer high school leagues, kids played a schedule of 12 to 15 games in the community youth sports programs. If it rained on game day, kids sat in the house, watched TV, and hoped the coach would reschedule the game before the end of the season. However, kids had prairies, backyard basketball hoops, and many places to play. And everyone in the neighborhood chose sides and played all day without uniforms, parents, or umpires. They called the balls strikes, fair balls, foul balls, and had fewer arguments than there are today in youth sports. No computers, Nintendo games, or cell phones to spend all day looking at them. That was the old days. 

Today, just about every community has travel teams....
